1 The essential signifiers for the second half of 1922 are for July 1st, Mars and Mercury, and for December 31st, Venus and the Moon.

 

2 Mars comme significateur et par suite de sa situation est soumis aux influences de la Terre.

Mars as a signifier due to its position, is subject to the influences of the Earth.

3 Mercure puissant, brise les rayons de Mars et lutte avantageusement avec la Terre en aphélie.

Powerful Mercury breaks the rays of Mars and fights advantageously with the Earth in aphelion.

4 Il est à remarquer que cette situation est très harmonieuse et exceptionnellement meilleure que toutes les autres situations, car, Mercure et Mars sent des agents analogues des deux tripartites et cette situation planétaire des significateurs avec la puissance que la Terre émet par son était d'Aphélie, annonce une santé générale sur toute la partie septentrionale, de l'Atlantique à la Sibérie, et sur toute la partie méridionale des iles se trouvant dans l'Océan Pacifique.

It is noteworthy that this situation is very harmonious and exceptionally better than all the other situations, because Mercury and Mars are analogous agents within the two triple-divisions[1] and the planetary situation of the signifiers, along with the power that the Earth emits by being at Aphelion, announces a general health for all the northern regions from the Atlantic to Siberia, and on all of the islands located in the southern part of the Pacific Ocean.

[1] 'deux tripartites' - Cela fait référence à la division des 9 planètes en 3 groupes de 3 planètes. Dans le cas en question, Mercure est le « premier » planète du groupe intérieur des 3 planètes tandis que Mars est la première planète du groupe intermédiaire de 3 planètes. Comme toutes deux sont la première planète de leur groupe, elles sont considérés comme partageant des qualités analogues.

'triple-divisions' - This refers to the division of the 9 planets into 3 groups of 3 planets. In the case in question, Mercury is the 'first' planet of the inner group of 3 planets while Mars is first planet of the middle group of 3 planets. As both are the first planet in their group, they are considered to share analagous qualities.

 

5 La puissance de Mercure ayant commencé le 15 mai durera jusqu'au 10 août, ensuite aucun significateur ne troublera la première zone et les zones ascendantes de la Terre.

The power of Mercury, which began on May 15th, will last until August 10th, after which there will be no signifiers that will disturb the first and ascending zones of the Earth.

6 La Terre livrée à elle-même à une telle période après avoir été favorablement impressionnée par Jupiter, annonce pour l'état physique et météorologique une variabilité de vent et de pluie, des vents très forts seront annoncés du 15 à fin août.

The Earth having been left to its own devices during this period, after having been favourably impressed by Jupiter, will experience variable wind and rain conditions, with very strong winds from the 15th to the end of August.

7 Cette anomalie provient de ce que la Terre est livrée aux influences de son propre satellite; toutefois, au cours de cette annuité, Mars et Mercure, sont les Maîtres de l'année.

This anomaly is due to the fact that the Earth is subject to the influences of its own satellite. However, during this year, Mars and Mercury are the Masters of the Year.

13 Août et Septembre. - Première étape de la réalisation de cette révolution.

August and September. - First steps towards the realisation of this revolution.

14 Fin Septembre. - Changement de régime.

End of September. - Regime change.

15 Octobre. - Conclusion d'une paix. Cet événement peut être, selon la puissance de l'influence Marsienne sur Mercure toute opposée: rupture de l'armistice entre les deux pays en guerre.

October. - Conclusion of peace. This event can be, depending on the power of Mars on Mercury, completely the opposite: the breaking of the armistice between the two warring countries.

16 Novembre. - Pugilats et tentatives d'assassinat ou assassinat même d'un homme influent sur l'état social et politique de l'humanité; ce sera une blessure au ventre faite avec une arme blanche.

November. - Brawls and assassination attempts, or even the assassination of a man with influence on the social and political state of humanity: a stab wound to the stomach with a bladed weapon.

17 Le mois de Décembre est un mois transitoire, les événements qui débutent au courant du mois précédent, ne peuvent se terminer au mois de Décembre; mois fécond en unions sentimentales et conséquemment favorable à la natalité.

The month of December is a transitional month, the events which begin during the previous month cannot end in December. A month fertile in sentimental unions and consequently favourable to the birth rate.

18 Une œuvre se crée en germe ayant un but de sentiment noble; mais elle avortera, car les influences ne lui sont pas favorables.

The seed of a work will be created with a noble sentimental purpose, but it will fail as the influences are not favourable for it.

19 Celles du mois de Mars 1923 lui seraient meilleures.

The month of March 1923 will be better for it.
